About The Role
Motability Operations are currently recruiting for an Application Support Team Advisor to join our team in Bristol on a 12-month FTC/Secondment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced, multi-skilled team within Customer Operations part of the In-life Customer Services division.
Reporting into the Application Support Team Manager you will manage application queries from Car & MicroMobility dealers. In addition to contacting customers via telephone and WhatsApp to ensure they return their vehicle or place a new application prior to the end of contract.
This is a varied role, and you will be responsible for managing over 20 administration process and you will be contributing to achieve the team service level via outbound calls, email and WhatsApp.

* Able to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues using phone, email and messaging tools.
* You can manage your own time effectively and are comfortable working under pressure.

* You are organised with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
* You will have the desire to strive to continually improve personal performance to achieve individual, team and departmental SLA’s.
Minimum Criteria
* Excellent organisation and administration skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
* Clear, confident communicator via all channels – telephone, email, and instant messaging (WhatsApp).
* Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
* A good level of understanding of how the scheme works and the application process to join the scheme.
