Salary: £80,000 basic with an OTE of £1000,000 + Car
Location: Jersey
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Sales to lead a successful multi-brand automotive operation in Jersey.
Benifits with this Head of Sales role:
On-target earnings up to £100,000 with a basic salary of £80,000

Highly operational sales leader with strong coaching ability and experience providing constructive feedback
Influential and motivational leadership style across all levels of the business
Experience implementing frameworks and cost control measures
Proven OEM relationship management with strong negotiation capability
Confident presenting full sales P&L to senior leadership with ability to drill into detail
Strong understanding of KPI relationships and translating them into operational excellence
