Commercial Property Partner is sought to join a leading firm based in Bristol. This opportunity welcomes a team of entrepreneurial and forward‑thinking lawyers in the next phase of their exciting growth and strategy plan. The firm’s growth has been exponential over the last five years and shows no sign of slowing down.
Key responsibilities and expectations include:
* Working on behalf of a number of high‑profile clients and further developing the commercial property offerings while managing your own caseload of real‑estate transactions.
* Demonstrating an excellent track record and being highly experienced in all areas of Commercial Property law.
* Developing depth of knowledge across all areas, including development, investment, regeneration work, and general commercial property matters.
* For Senior Commercial Property Associates who feel frustrated at their current firm’s lack of progression and seek the next step on the career ladder; you must have a following for this role.
* Playing a key role in the firm’s current growth phase.
* Maintaining a strong network of contacts who will be pleased to instruct you on future matters.
* Acting as a strong and motivational leader.
* Supporting senior team members and providing supervision and support to junior members.
* Focusing on this sector as part of the firm’s strategy to grow via lateral hires.
* Exhibiting excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and providing exceptional client care.
