Macildowie are working with a leading client based in Leicester who are looking for an experienced Senior Management Accountant to join a dynamic finance function supporting a £20 million turnover organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to be the dedicated finance liaison for one of the organisation's core business units, ensuring accuracy in monthly accounts and driving process improvement across financial operations.

As Senior Management Accountant, you'll play a pivotal role in the month-end close process, reporting, compliance, and business partnering. You'll be in a standalone position, playing a pivotal role in supporting the Finance Director. You will also be part of a wider, collaborative team and be accountable for timely and accurate reporting, supporting strategic decision-making and financial forecasting.
What we're looking for:
* Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or qualified by experience
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* A control-focused mindset with a track record in month-end close
* Ability to drive performance improvements and lead financial reporting
