Role Summary
As a Support Officer you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of services to homeless households.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a wide range of services to homeless households.
* Demonstrate practical knowledge of IT packages including Academy & Microsoft Office Suite.
* Organise and prioritise workload effectively and adapt to changing priorities required to deliver a quality service.
* Liaise effectively with a variety of agencies.
Key Qualifications
* Similar experience of working in a housing support service with clients in vulnerable or distressed situations.
* Understanding of current issues and legislation in relation to the protection of children and vulnerable adults.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to organise and prioritise workload and respond to changing priorities.
