My client, a leading Law Firm, is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join their firm and lead the L&D function on the new, important step in the firms L&D jouney.
The Senior Learning & Development Manager will be in of the strategic vision for the function and be responsible for interweaving talent, culture and D&I into the firms L&D plan, in an exciting new role.
Key Duties will include:
* Shape and deliver the Firm’s approach to performance management, ensuring effective execution of the annual review cycle.
* Leading a team of L&D professionals, who will be reposible for design and delivery of various programmes.
* Work closely with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders to roll out tailored development initiatives that support business goals.
* Contribute to the delivery of the DE&I strategy and how this works within the L&D strategy,
* Take a lead role in employee engagement initiatives, promoting a culture of inclusion, feedback, and sustainable high performance.
* Design and implement succession planning and talent management frameworks to strengthen leadership pipelines.
* Analyse engagement and retention data to create strategies that strengthen employee commitment and reduce attrition.
* Lead the development of professional skills programmes for Partners, lawyers, and Business Services staff, including leadership and management training.
* Partner with global Talent leads to ensure regional initiatives are consistent with the Firm’s global strategy.
The suitable Senior Learning & Development Manager will have extensive knowledge of L&D in a professional services environment and be able to exhibit their strategic skills and accumen, as well as being abe to lead a team.
