The Role
You will lead the Corporate department, with the expectation of taking ownership over direction, client development, and future recruitment. This is not simply inheriting a role, it is an opportunity to put your stamp on a department, backed by colleagues who will support you with infrastructure, realistic targets, and meaningful investment.
The work is diverse and will include:
* Acquisitions and disposals
* Mergers and restructures
* Refinancing and investment work
* Shareholder arrangements and corporate governance
