Your new roleAs the Business Services Manager, you will take ownership of leading and developing a busy outsourcing and accounts function. You'll oversee the delivery of bookkeeping, management accounts, VAT and year‑end services while ensuring high standards of accuracy, efficiency and compliance. Managing a team of talented staff, you'll provide guidance, allocate workloads, review output, and promote best practice. You'll also work closely with partners and clients, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and strengthen long‑term relationships.
