We are looking for an Account Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established signage business delivering for highly regarded, recognisable brands.

This is not a role where you simply manage client queries or oversee activity. It's a position of ownership, where you are trusted to lead relationships, influence outcomes and take responsibility for how accounts perform.

If you're currently in a role where you're close to the client but not truly leading the relationship, where decisions sit elsewhere, or where you are expected to deliver without having the clarity or control to do it properly, this is an opportunity to step into something more.

In this role, you'll set the tone, bringing structure, direction and confidence to both clients and internal teams.

Working with well-known brands, your ability to lead conversations, manage expectations and make informed decisions will directly impact client retention, growth and overall business performance.


Key responsibilities include:

3. Taking full ownership of key client accounts, acting as the strategic lead
4. Leading client relationships, building trust and long-term partnerships
5. Overseeing project delivery through Project Managers, ensuring consistency and quality
6. Setting direction and priorities across accounts, aligning internal teams
7. Managing performance, identifying risks and driving proactive solutions
8. Leading client conversations around expectations, changes and opportunities
9. Supporting forecasting, planning and commercial performance across accounts
10. Identifying growth opportunities and driving account development

To be successful in this role, you will:
11. Have experience managing client accounts within signage, construction, fit-out or a similar environment
12. Be confident taking ownership and leading both clients and internal teams
13. Have strong commercial awareness and understand account performance
14. Be a clear and confident communicator, able to influence and guide decisions
15. Stay calm under pressure and take responsibility for outcomes
16. Be proactive, solutions-focused and driven to improve how things are done
