This role offers strong responsibility across commercial performance, cost control, cashflow, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: * Maximise commercial entitlement and cashflow * Lead and support the commercial team to achieve budget targets * Act as SME for Schedules of Rates and contractual arrangements * Produce CVRs, CVCs, cashflow forecasts, and management reports * Manage dispute resolution and supply chain governance * Drive data-led decision making and system integration Requirements: * QS degree or 5+ years’ relevant experience * Line management experience * Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas) * Strong commercial contractor background preferred * Full UK driving licence 📩 Interested?
