HR Assistant – Cambridge (Hybrid/ Permanent Are looking to take the next step into HR? Our client is seeking an HR Assistant to join their team, supporting the HR Shared Services function across multiple schools in Cambridge and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with administration experience who is keen to develop their HR career. Key Responsibilities: Support the HR Shared Services team with day-to-day administration Assist with recruitment, on boarding, and HR processes Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Contribute to HR projects, including policy refreshes and process implementation Ensure a positive experience for staff and managers interacting with HRCandidate Requirements: Prior HR administration experience preferred Education sector experience desirable but not essential Strong general administration background considered, with a keen interest in moving into HR CIPD qualification not required, but willingness to complete CIPD Level 3 or 5 Highly organised, flexible, and able to manage competing prioritiesThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their HR career in a supportive, dynamic.
