Job Summary:

We’re seeking a strategic, detail-driven Head of Digital Marketing to lead the ongoing evolution of Quintessentially’s digital presence. This senior role is responsible for the performance, content, and experience of our global website and members’ app—while also overseeing the execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across our international hub offices.

You’ll manage relationships with global agencies, ensure best-in-class standards across SEO, paid media, and UX, and drive positive ROI from digital spend. This is a pivotal role in building our digital ecosystem into a high-performing channel that enhances brand equity, supports member engagement, and fuels commercial growth.

Digital strategy & performance marketing

· Lead the global digital marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, display, and remarketing—ensuring best practice, brand alignment, and ROI.

· Manage and support relationships with digital agencies across markets to

ensure effective delivery and optimisation of campaigns.

· Monitor and report on key using insight to guide media spend, targeting and creative refinement.

· Align digital campaigns with business priorities including member acquisition, retention, partnerships, and corporate outreach.

· Oversee the day-to-day operations and content of the Quintessentially website and members’ app.

· Plan and implement strategies to ensure content is engaging, accurate, relevant, and aligned to luxury UX standards.

· Collaborate with SEO partners to ensure on-page optimisation and adherence to technical and content best practices.

· Manage the global website content workflow process, ensuring regular updates from local offices and business units are published accurately and on time

· Maintain consistent tone of voice, visual standards and UX excellence across all content and navigation touchpoints.

Content & cross-functional collaboration

· Work closely with design, copy and development teams to brief and deliver digital content projects on time and to brief.

· Coordinate content feedback and approval processes with key stakeholders globally

. · Support the creation and performance tracking of editorial content across channels

· Identify content gaps or areas for improvement based on data, and lead optimisation initiatives accordingly.

· Regularly track, analyse and report on web and campaign performance to internal stakeholders, identifying opportunities to improve results.

· Conduct UX audits and site performance reviews to proactively enhance the digital experience.

· Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Salesforce and platform analytics to drive data-led decisions.

Key requirements:

· Educated to degree level.

· Minimum 8 – 10 + years’ experience in digital marketing, with a strong grounding in performance marketing and content operations.

· Proven experience managing websites and CMS systems (e.g. Craft, Salesforce, WordPress).

· Hands-on experience with performance platforms and SEO & SEM tools (Google Marketing Suite, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).

· Strong commercial acumen with a track record of improving campaign performance and ROI.

· Deep understanding of on-page SEO, UX, and content hierarchy.

· Experience of localisation strategies and best practices.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Confident managing cross-functional teams and external agency partners.

· Interest in the luxury lifestyle sector and an understanding of HNWI expectations.

· Organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.

· A collaborative, can-do attitude and the ability to work autonomously where needed.

Contractual hours are from 0900 to 1730 Monday to Friday. However, it may be the case that in order to fulfill the duties of the role, different or additional hours may be necessary. Requirement to be on call outside working hours in case of service-related emergency.
