Your Role
As Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will act as a key financial partner to the Aftermarket leadership team, supporting decision-making and driving financial performance across the aftermarket business.
This is a highly visible and commercially focused role, where you will provide insight, challenge stakeholders, and improve financial processes to support business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as a core finance partner to the Aftermarket leadership team, providing commercial insight and guidance
Leading financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the aftermarket portfolio
Supporting business cases, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives
Driving improvements in data quality, reporting, and financial processes
Challenging the status quo to enhance efficiency and decision-making
Managing and developing a finance team member within the Wolverhampton team
Collaborating closely with manufacturing, programme, and commercial teams
This role offers the opportunity to move beyond traditional finance and truly influence business performance and strategy.
What You'll Bring
Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW)
Experience in commercial finance / finance business partnering
Strong analytical skills with experience handling complex data
Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
Experience within manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, or similar industries
You will be a proactive and inquisitive individual, comfortable challenging existing processes, driving improvement, and working across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
