Band 6: £43,231 - £52,679 (pro rata) per annum
Band 5: £34,544 - £43,039 (pro rata) per annum
Post 1: 22.08 hours per week, fixed term/secondment until November 2026
Post 2: 22.08 hours per week, fixed term/secondment until May 2027
* Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care.
* Will have an educational responsibility to members of staff, patients and relatives.
* Can work a secondment if required.
