We are currently seeking an experienced Temporary Works Coordinator to join our team for an exciting project in Exeter. If you have a passion for safety and project coordination, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and coordinate all temporary works operations on-site to ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards.
* Prepare and review temporary works design briefs and method statements.
* Ensure that temporary works are implemented according to plans and specifications.
* Conduct site inspections and monitor the effectiveness of temporary works in collaboration with the site team.
* Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth workflow and adherence to timelines.
* Ensure compliance with confined space entry procedures and other safety regulations.
* Assist with any temporary works documentation and reporting as required.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Valid Confined Space Ticket (essential).
* Proven experience as a Temporary Works Coordinator or in a similar role, with strong knowledge of temporary works procedures and regulations.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with multiple stakeholders.
* Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* Full understanding of health and safety standards, particularly regarding confined spaces.
