Job Search Coordinator – Ingeus (inclusive employer, member of myGwork). This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract role.
Salary: £19,158 (pro rata from £31,930 full-time equivalent). Hours: Part Time, Monday to Friday 9:30am – 2:30pm. Location: Hounslow.

As a Job Search Coordinator, you will deliver job search support sessions and help participants make quality applications tailored to enable sustainable employment, addressing complex and varied challenges along the way.

What Youll Be Doing
* Deliver job search support sessions with participants to help them make quality job applications and gain sustainable employment.
* Provide job search guidance, helping participants register on appropriate jobs boards and ensure their digital profiles are up to date and visible to employers.
* Create job search sessions in the CRM system and promote within the team to maximise attendance.
* Meet and exceed monthly performance targets and KPIs, seeking feedback to continuously improve outcomes for participants and commissioners.
* Build effective, positive relationships with participants and Restart Advisors in the team.
* Maintain accurate electronic participant records reflecting coaching through to employment placement within required timescales and standards.
* Keep up to date with local labour market information, including hidden employment opportunities and local recruitment practices.
What Youll Require
* Experience working in busy environments.
* Ability to motivate, inspire, and challenge participants to achieve their potential.
* Experience delivering against and exceeding performance targets and engaging participants in personal growth and mindset transformation.
* Exceptional communication skills to inspire and influence participants and to contact employers and external stakeholders to identify opportunities.
* Flexible and creative problem-solving skills for complex challenges.
* High-level digital literacy.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied caseload and juggle multiple priorities.
* Knowledge of the local labour market, wider provision, and local stakeholders.
