Salary: £23,971 (£14,253.03 pro-rata) a year + benefits

About the Role
The Centre Administrator is a key part of the Test Centre Team, working within a team that supports both learners and staff throughout the year. This role is extremely important in assisting the Test Centre team to achieve its goals which link into the Groups vision of Leading Innovation and Skills within their Communities.
You will be committed to providing an excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
You will support the team to achieve a number of key priorities. These will include greeting customers into the Centre, handling general enquiries both in person and via telephone/email, bookings rooms, scheduling learner assessments, data management of internal systems and working/communicating with external employers, partners and clients to promote the reputation of the Centre.
You will liaise with external partners (Colleges Employer Training Academies) with scheduling dates for assessments and ensuring systems are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
