Senior Marketing Coordinator
The Role:
As a Senior Marketing Coordinator at Synoptix, you will have the opportunity to lead the development of our marketing department and be involved across the board from a strategic to hands-on way. You will be joining our business as we look to maximise growth in current domains, whilst in parallel expanding into new areas. In this role, you will be fundamental in growing the Synoptix brand across a diverse client area, with a varied suite of offerings. You will have the opportunity to build our marketing approach from the ground up, taking ownership of campaigns to drive business growth and brand visibility. You will strategically position our product and service offerings to potential customers.
Day to day tasking can include:
Engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders to provide tailored content aligning with brand strategy.
Coordinate digital marketing campaigns for delivery across social media and web applications.
Develop, implement and monitor marketing strategies for Synoptix products and services.
Provide line management and support for members of the marketing team.
Key Skills Required:

Strong understanding of web design, branding and social media promotion
Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns
Experience in managing and coordinating events and exhibitions
Experience in overseeing the creation of promotional materials
Experience managing advertising, digital and brand content
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and manage external agencies
Strong stakeholder management
