We are working with a number of secondary schools in Haringey seeking a dedicated and passionate Physics Teacher to join their science departments immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced or newly qualified teacher to inspire students and make a real impact in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
Role
* Teach engaging and well-structured Physics lessons across KS3–KS5
* Plan, prepare and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum and department schemes of work
* Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
* Create a stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity, participation, and academic growth
* Contribute to the wider school community through collaboration and involvement in extracurricular activities
About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) or equivalent recognised qualification
* Experience teaching Physics across KS3–KS5 (A Level experience desirable)
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to raising student attainment
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
