She has Cerebral Palsy, PEG feeding requirements, scoliosis, and benefits from gentle, regular repositioning throughout the day. This is a lovely opportunity to work closely with one client and her family, providing consistent, person-centred care in the comfort of her own home.
About the role Support is expected to include a mix of day and night shifts - times to be confirmed. Your responsibilities will include:
* Personal care and assisting with daily routines
* PEG feeding and following nutrition plans
* Gentle moving, handling and positioning
* Ensuring safety, comfort and emotional wellbeing
* Working as part of a supportive care team
What we're looking for We would love to hear from carers with:
