Hours: 12 hours per week *
*Shifts: 6 hours per day, Tuesday and Friday, from 07:00 - 09:00 & 09:00-13:00
Pay Rate: £13.06 per hour

Purpose of the role:
To deliver a high standard cleaning service for our customers, ensuring that areas are hygienic and clean for people to use. To be the key point of contact between the site cleaning team and the supervisor. To be a responsible key-holder. To always operate in a safe manner, observing company health and safety policies and guidelines.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* To be a key holder for the premises, locking or unlocking as required, always ensuring the safety and security of the premises
* Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
* Act as a hands on lead and front-line supervisor to enable the cleaning team to deliver a high-quality service, and be the point of contact between the team and the supervisor
* Ensure that cleaning tasks are undertaken in accordance with the contract
* To be punctual with your time-keeping; operating a quick and efficient cleaning service without compromising on quality of the service delivered
* Complete and maintain relevant records, ensuring accuracy of completed documents
* Ensure that cleaning equipment (and designated storage areas) are maintained in a clean, tidy and safe condition

* Act responsibly in relation to all matters which may affect the Health and Safety of yourselves and others whilst on Company premises, customers premises and travelling between sites, and to adhere to safety regulations xohmjla at all times
* Observe all safety procedures and instructions and assist in maintaining a safe workplace and reporting any accidents, hazards, near misses, damages or defects to tools and equipment to the appropriate person
* Wear appropriate protective equipment (PPE) and use any safety devices provided by the company at the relevant times
* Only use equipment youve been trained to use
Qualifications & Experience
Cleaning experience (1+ years)
Team leader / supervisor experience (1+ years)
