ThisOpportunity:
Asan early career-level professional in the portfolio, the Senior Associate(s)will bring project management experience and technical curiosity to bothproject delivery and business development. The Senior Associate(s) will supportthe startup, administration, and management of projects and, through businessdevelopment, contribute to Palladium Americas’ growth and impact around theworld.
TheSenior Associate(s) will support project delivery, business development, andother initiatives across the practice. This may include technical areas asdiverse as finance and investment, financial and digital inclusion, marketsystems, business enabling environments, agriculture, climate change and greeneconomy, enterprise development and entrepreneurship, competitiveness, exportand market development, e-commerce, and innovation.
ExperiencedSenior Associates will have opportunities to support other units within thefirm in our collaborative and agile environment, as well as to travel forproject oversight or business development pursuits. Future careers within thefirm could be in any department or subject area; typically, Senior Associatesgrow with the company, becoming Managers, thought leaders, proposal champions,and Project Directors as they gain experience and skills; they also may haveopportunities to fill short- and long-term assignments overseas.

The position is based in Palladium’s London Office .

If we are unable to findsuccessful candidates who are willing to work from the ., NY, or NC office,then as a last resort we may discuss the possibility of considering exceptionalcandidates to work permanently remotely (from other. states where Palladiumis registered).

PrimaryDuties and Responsibilities:
1. Functions in an agile manner by working with multiple team members to deliver on multiple requests and project/corporate needs
2. Contributes to the pursuit of new business opportunities
3. Support cross sectoral collaboration as applicable
4. Researches trends and identifies opportunities for improvement within the project and/or portfolio
5. Manages subcontracts and third-party vendor contracts to address contractual and payment matters as needed
6. Supports the management of operational activities associated with the various aspects of the life cycle of a project
7. Processes contract action requests (., travel, personnel additions/changes, partner, grant, budget realignment,
8. Contributes to technical activities – workplans, activity deliverables, communication products
9. In collaboration with Manager and Project Director, ensures clear and timely communication between all stakeholders
10. Serves as the project’s liaison between all internal stakeholders including but not limited to corporate services, Senior Managers, the Compliance and Project Excellence Hub
11. Identifies, builds, and maintains sector-specific relationships with partners and consultants that can provide technical expertise to Palladium-managed projects
12. Reviews and processes invoices from consultants, subcontractors, and vendors for timely and accurate submission in accordance with project requirements and Palladium procedures
13. Contributes to financial forecasting and system uploads, identifies and corrects errors; identifies inconsistencies with technical planning and recommends solutions; plans for procurements/grants to ensure resource availability at critical times.
14. Contributes to sector-specific research, reports, budgets, workplans, proposals and other outputs intended for distribution to internal and external stakeholders

27. Experience supporting work implementing FCDO or other donor funded projects
28. Professional working proficiency in another language, with priority given to Spanish, French, Portuguese and Arabic
