An Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day activities for the Africa Pandemic Sciences Collaborative, a high-profile initiative delivered in partnership with Science for Africa (SFA) Foundation, based in Nairobi, and Mastercard Foundation.
Reporting to the Programme Officer, you will be a key member of the team, providing administrative and logistical support for various activities. Responsibilities include:
1. Making overseas travel arrangements
2. Scheduling and supporting meetings and events
3. Document management
4. Basic financial administration
This role is suitable for a well-organized individual with an interest in global health and excellent administration and communication skills.
