An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an NQ Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded Top 200 Law Firm in Altrincham/Chester/Wirral.
This role offers the chance to work within a well-established employment team, advising a diverse client base on complex, respondent-focused matters across multiple sectors.
The Role:
You will be responsible for handling a broad range of employment law matters, including:
* Employment disputes and tribunal representation
* Redundancy, restructuring, and organisational change
* Complex disciplinary issues, grievances, long-term sickness, and performance management
* Senior executive matters and exit negotiations
* Discrimination law
* TUPE, including business transfers and service provision changes
* Drafting and advising on restrictive covenants
