🚀 The Role
As Program Manager, you will take ownership of delivering complex space programs end-to-end, from early concept development through to launch, operations, and mission close-out.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you will work at the forefront of the evolving space ecosystem, driving mission success while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing key stakeholder relationships.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
* Lead full lifecycle delivery of space programs (concept → launch → operations → close-out)
* Manage scope, budget, schedule, and quality across multiple programs
* Own customer relationships across institutional, government, and commercial clients
* Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams and system stakeholders
* Oversee subcontractors, procurement, and contract execution
* Manage program risks, financial planning, and resource allocation
* Support launcher integration and mission readiness activities
* Contribute to bids, proposals, and new business development
* Drive continuous improvement in program delivery processes
* Represent the organisation with stakeholders and at industry events
🧠 Key Skills & Experience
* 8+ years within the space industry
* Proven experience delivering complex space programs
* Strong background across the full mission lifecycle
* Experience with LEO, MEO, or GEO spacecraft
* Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
🧩 Experience in Several of the Following
Space systems, AIT, mission operations, program delivery, contract management, or launcher integration
⭐ Nice to Have
* Experience working with organisations such as the European Space Agency
* Strong commercial and contract negotiation experience
* Involvement in bids and proposal development
* Knowledge of in-orbit servicing or space debris removal
* Financial and strategic program management experience
