Responsibilities
As a Senior Support Worker, you will help people gain independence in their daily lives and assist the Manager with day‑to‑day supervision and management of the residential service. Your duties may include:
* Allocating shifts and managing staffing schedules
* Booking and coordinating training sessions
* Inducting new colleagues and supporting them in role transition
* Supporting and supervising the delivery of personal care and support activities
* Ordering medication and ensuring safe medication management
* Assisting people to manage their finances and other personal matters

Qualifications
