3 months contract with local authority
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Social Work Assistant to work exclusively after school hours, for 3.5 hours each day. This role primarily involves observing family time/contact, with the possibility of assisting in family support tasks. The position requires flexibility in working hours, typically from 3:15 PM to 6:45 PM, although this may occasionally extend to 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM. A valid driver's license and access to a car are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
* Observe and monitor family time/contact sessions.
* Assist with family support tasks as needed.
* Maintain accurate records and reports of observations.
* Communicate effectively with families and team members.
* Adapt to varying work hours as required.
