Role Overview
Imperial Brands is seeking an Enterprise Process Architect to design and lead our process framework across the organization. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing and optimizing processes, establishing standards, and integrating with technology platforms like LeanIX and SAP Solution Manager.
Key Responsibilities
1. Architect the Process Framework: Design and build a comprehensive process architecture that structures how business processes are documented, categorized, and managed.
2. Collaborate and Align: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the process architecture is relevant and scalable, supporting SAP Signavio initiatives.
3. Analyze and Optimize: Review process documentation to identify gaps and opportunities, evolving the architecture accordingly.
4. Establish Standards and Governance: Define naming conventions, hierarchies, and guidelines for maintaining consistency.
5. Integrate and Enable: Work with technology teams to embed the architecture into platforms and design new workflows around SAP Signavio.
6. Monitor and Lead: Continuously evaluate the framework's effectiveness, lead innovation efforts, and manage teams of SMEs and consultants.
Qualifications and Skills
* Expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) principles and tools.
* Proven ability in taxonomy and process design, with attention to detail.
* Technical fluency in process modeling languages like BPMN and UML.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
* Experience managing multiple projects in an agile, future-focused environment.
