Residential Addictions Manager
Your World is looking for an experienced Residential Addictions Manager to work within an outstanding Residential Service in East Finchley on a permanent basis.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the development and operation of Priory Residential Addictions’ first-ever residential service. As Residential Addictions Manager, you will spearhead the design, recruitment, and launch of a new 16–18 bed affordable residential addiction service, pioneering a therapeutically led, non-medical treatment model. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a critical role in shaping and positioning this innovative service, ensuring it stands out in a modernized marketplace.
Are you the ideal candidate?
1. Proven experience leading in a Residential Therapeutic Service.
2. Strong innovation, creativity, and strategic leadership skills.
3. Experience in commissioning and service development (desirable).
4. CQC Registered Manager experience (highly desirable).
