Description
* Act as the first point of contact for all employee relations queries
* Lead on complex and sensitive ER casework from start to resolution
* Coach and guide managers on policy, process, and best practice
* Support recruitment activity, including vetting and onboarding
* Contribute to designing and delivering training sessions
* Maintain accurate documentation and case records
* Work closely with the People Manager to identify people‑related risks
* Assist with policy updates and compliance requirements
* Provide day‑to‑day generalist HR advice to employees and managers
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
* Strong experience managing complex ER cases end‑to‑end
* Confident advising managers and influencing decision‑making
* Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practice
* Able to remain calm and objective in sensitive situations
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* Organised, detail‑focused, and comfortable managing a varied workload
* Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding
* Comfortable delivering or contributing to training
* Tech‑savvy, with good HR systems and documentation skills
* Proactive, solutions‑driven, and keen to help shape a growing HR function
