Financial Services Sales Adviser Location: Norwich Reports to: Divisional Sales Director Salary: £22,000 On-Target Earnings: £40,000 Working Hours: 4 weekdays 8.30am - 6pm & every Saturday 9am - 5pm Overview We are looking for a proactive, organised, and customer-focused Financial Services Sales Adviser to support our Financial Services Team. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and wants to be part of a supportive and ambitious team. ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­ ­­­­­­ Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Appointment Management Be the first point of contact for all financial services enquiries via phone, email, and in person. Book financial services appointments efficiently with in-house mortgage advisers and ensure accurate diary coordination. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to explain the benefits of our financial services offering. Manage and respond to all leads from internal systems, portals, and referrals with urgency and professionalism. Lead Generation & Follow-Up Actively prospect for financial services opportunities from ROSIE. Engage regularly with clients who are at various stages of the buying or selling journey to offer relevant financial services support. Follow up on all appointments with Adviser, maintain client contact records, and ensure continued customer engagement through the booking process. System & Data Management Use the ROSIE system and other CRM tools to log all interactions and appointment data accurately. Maintain up-to-date records to ensure regulatory and operational compliance. Monitor appointment pipelines and support the Financial Services Manager in achieving KPIs. Team Collaboration Work closely with sales, lettings, and mortgage advisors to ensure excellent cross-departmental communication and handovers. Contribute to weekly meetings with updates on appointment volumes and lead status. Support marketing and local campaigns aimed at increasing financial services penetration.
