The Role As a Family Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, including: Divorce, separation, and dissolutionFinancial remedy proceedingsChild arrangements and parental responsibilityCohabitation and separation agreementsPre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreementsDomestic abuse matters, including non-molestation and occupation ordersAdvising clients sensitively throughout all stages of family proceedings You will work closely with senior fee-earners while maintaining autonomy over your caseload.
