Science Teacher Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a part time Science Teacher to work in an fantastic school in Hull. This position will be 3 days per week, and will involve full planning and marking, meaning payment will be between £32,916 and £45,350 per year, or £168.80 to £232.56 when scaled to a daily rate. This role is temporary, starting September 1 st 2025, and lasting initially until October 24 th 2025. There is strong potential for this to increase until Christmas 2025 or beyond. Working days for this role are not yet set, so there is the potential to be flexible. This role will involve teaching Science to mainly Key Stage 3 students and will involve full planning, marking and preparation. Staying for meetings/parents evenings will not be required for this role. The school has an exceptional Science department with a large amount of resources on file, so the amount of planning needed should be minimal for this position. ECTs are encouraged to apply, but it is not currently possible to offer a term of ECT as the booking is not currently long enough. If it extends, then this may be a possibility.
