Responsibilities
* Analyse business problems and design digital and technology solutions.
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital and technology projects.
* Initiate, design, implement and debug software components and data products.
* Apply appropriate development and project management methodologies such as ISO standards, Waterfall, and Agile.
* Lead or participate in cross‑functional teams to deliver technology solutions.
* Apply legal, ethical, social and professional standards to all deliverables.
* Analyse and report on the performance of networks and systems.
* Conduct cyber‑security risk assessments and recommend remediation strategies.
* Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, tailoring the message to the audience.
* Research, evaluate and apply innovative technologies and approaches.
Qualifications
* GCSE in Maths and English (grade 4‑9 / A‑C).
* Passion for technology, logical mindset, strong problem‑solving ability, and communication skills.
