This isn’t just another management role, you’ll be brought in as a key figure in the business, working closely with senior leadership to shape the commercial function, drive performance, and influence growth strategy.

The Role:
Lead and manage the commercial function across multiple projects and sectors
Oversee and support a team of Quantity Surveyors and commercial staff
Take full responsibility for cost control, profitability, and commercial performance
Manage contracts, risk, procurement, and client relationships
Work closely with directors to drive business growth and commercial strategy
Play a key role in developing and improving internal processes Project Portfolio:
Projects ranging from £8M – £25M
Sectors include residential, commercial fit-out, leisure, and mixed-use developments
Based across London and the M25 What You’ll Need:
Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior QS ready to step up within M&E / Building Services
Strong leadership and team management capability
Track record of delivering projects commercially across multiple sectors
Excellent understanding of contracts, cost management, and risk
