About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join JCB on a 6-month fixed-term contract as a TCO Specialist, based at our World Parts Centre. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the operational management of Total Cost of Ownership activities—ensuring the smooth delivery of extended warranty pricing, service contract processing, and the implementation of key tools within SAP and other systems. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to make a real impact.

What does this role involve day to day?
1. Monitor and respond to dealer enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate communication
