You'll need to have:
· Degree/postgraduate (or equivalent).
· Demonstrable track record in a senior leadership/director role.
· Right to work in the UK (or ability to obtain a VISA).
You'll also have
· Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent.
· Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the [aviation/infrastructure] sector.
· Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
· Strong commercial and financial acumen.
· Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
· Experience managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
· Knowledge of sustainability and carbon considerations shaping project outlook.
· Familiarity with NEC contracts and major programme delivery.
