Hourly Rate: £12.45 per hour (paid training included)
Contract Type: Full-Time, up to 37.Whether you've worked as a Support Worker, Care Assistant or Carer, or come from a background in retail, hospitality, admin, cleaning, or customer service - if you're a good human being, we'll provide all the training and support you need.

A salary increase to £12.35 per hour once you complete your paid-for Care Certificate (an industry-recognised qualification)
~ 45 per hour upon completion of a paid-for Level 2-3 NVQ

~ What You Will Do as a Support Worker:
As a Support Worker, your role is to help individuals live with dignity, independence and fulfilment. Provide companionship and emotional support
Support with personal care
Teach and promote independent living skills
Support service users in engaging with community-based activities such as swimming, social outings and leisure interests
With the right training and support, you will promote independence, choice, and inclusion - becoming more than just a support worker. You will be a companion, a guide and a trusted part of someone's journey.
