At ALP, we activate senior leaders to thrive in the room, in the media, and under pressure. We're a small team working with blue-chip international organisations across Europe and the US, delivering high-impact leadership communications training that makes a difference.
We're looking for a Team Personal Assistant to be based onsite for 3 days per week and to join us in keeping things moving. If you're organised, calm under pressure, and excellent at keeping people and projects on track, we'd love to hear from you.
About the role
This is a dynamic, hands-on role at the heart of our daily operations. You'll work closely with the senior leadership to support the delivery of client projects, from handing new enquiries and coordinating diaries, to briefing our team of expert trainers and making sure every client experience runs smoothly.
It's ideal for someone who takes initiative, and is happy juggling logistics, deadlines and people. You don't need to be from the training world, but you do need to be professional, proactive and a fast learner.
What you'll be doing
* Managing our central inbox: triaging enquiries, booking intro calls, following up.
* Scheduling training sessions, workshops and programmes across time zones.
* Coordinating logistics between clients, internal teams and freelance trainers.
* Keeping track of project timelines, session details and feedback.
* Booking travel and meetings for trainers and team members where needed.
* Updating internal systems (we use ) and supporting on proposals and comms.
What we're looking for
* A natural organiser - someone who gets satisfaction from operational efficiency.
* Clear, professional communication skills (written and spoken).
* Able to juggle competing demands and adapt quickly when things shift.
* Detail-oriented and reliable - you take pride in doing things properly.
* Familiarity with Monday CRM or task/project tools (or keen to learn how to utilise these).
Nice to have (but not essential)
* Experience in a coordinator, PA, project support or operations role.
* Experience working in training, consultancy, professional services or the creative industries.
* Experience working with freelancers or remote teams.
Why join us?
We're a small team and rapidly growing business delivering high-impact training to some of the world's most recognisable organisations and leaders. We care deeply about quality, clarity and integrity, in what we deliver, and how we work together. You'll be joining a collaborative team where your voice counts, and where structure and creativity go hand in hand. You'll be getting in at the beginning of an exciting journey where there is a great deal of room for growth.
