Job Purpose
To provide plumbing services to meet the needs of the board healthcare facilities and ensure the safety and well-being of patients, by delivering a planned maintenance, repair and installations service which represents quality and value for money at all times.
To provide a safe maintenance service to all plant, equipment and service infrastructure within the board’s hospitals and premises ensuring delivery of all works to relevant legislation standards incorporating SHTM 04 – 01 Parts A. B, C, D, E, F and G.

As well as your starting salary there is a recruitment and retention premium of £4,282 (pro rata) per annum which has been awarded to craftsman posts. This is a temporary agreement and will be reviewed again.
