We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join an industry-leading, award-winning company specializing in Health & Safety, HR, and Employment Law services, with over 80 years of market leadership.
This transformative role seeks a proactive, driven BDM with proven B2B sales success, strong lead generation skills, and a consultative, value-based selling approach. The role offers a guaranteed minimum salary of £60,000, with an OTE of £90,000, and top performers earning over £150,000. Key Responsibilities
* Attend face-to-face appointments booked by telemarketing partners, with a focus on closing deals.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities, explore new markets, and build relationships.
* Achieve quarterly sales targets in a high-energy, target-driven environment.
* Build and maintain a sales pipeline proactively.
Candidate Requirements
* At least 2 years of successful B2B sales experience (industry-specific experience not required).
* Confident in a consultative, value-based selling approach.
* Ability to quickly build rapport with diverse prospects, including business owners, HR managers, and executives.
* Proven track record in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Previous field-based sales experience is essential.
