Health, Safety and Environment Manager (Full-time)
Salary: Up to £40,680 (depending on qualifications and experience, including a market supplement of up to £5k for a strong candidate with FE sector experience) pro-rated.
Working Pattern: Full-time (37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year)
Location: Cross-campus (Sparsholt and Andover campuses)

The post holder will be responsible for managing health, safety, and environmental risks, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. They will oversee safety aspects of the estate, including asbestos, legionella, and fire safety, and support the College's efforts towards ISO 14001 accreditation and best practices.
The role involves collaborating with departments on audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and promoting a safety culture across campuses. Please see the full job description for details.
Candidates should possess:
1. NEBOSH General Certificate
2. Environmental knowledge
3. Building and Construction risks awareness
4. DSE Advanced Assessor experience
5. Health and Safety Officer experience
6. Report writing skills
Experience in environmental management aligned with ISO 14001 is desirable. The College encourages applicants interested in further health and safety qualifications.
The primary location is Sparsholt campus, with travel to Andover campus as needed.
