What the Job Involves This role involves supporting the functions related to Highways Public Rights of Way and Commons within the Commercial Law Team. You will be responsible for preparing and drafting legal documents, checking content, and dealing with associated correspondence and telephone inquiries. Liaising with various directorates and handling objections to proposals is key. Additionally, you will provide administrative support, check land titles, update council websites, and assist in managing the law library.
