AMDG Holdings are looking for a highly organised and confident Recruitment Resourcer to support our Talent function in a candidate-heavy, delivery-focused role. You will be responsible for building and managing recruitment pipelines, engaging candidates via call lists, conducting pre-screen interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and supporting candidates through to offer stage. No experience is required to be successful in this role. Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Sourcing & Pipeline ManagementBuild and maintain call listsKeep job boards up-to date with latest vacanciesProactively engage with candidates via outbound calls, emails, and messages Conduct initial, structured pre-screen interviews to assess suitability, motivation, and availability of candidates.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATSInterview & Stakeholder CoordinationBook and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managersAct as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment processOffer & Process ManagementSupport the offer process, including verbal offers, negotiations (where appropriate), and offer acceptanceTrack candidate progress through interview and offer stagesEnsure all recruitment activity is compliant with internal processes and GDPR requirementsATS & Database ManagementUse the ATS daily to manage vacancies, candidates, and recruitment workflowsSkills & Experience RequiredEssentialConfidence communicating with people by phone and emailStrong organisational and time-management skillsAbility to pivot priorities in line with changing hiring demands and follow direction from the Principal when requiredClear, professional communication skills when speaking with candidates and hiring managersAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured wayComfortable working with systems and maintaining accurate recordsA proactive, reliable approach with a willingness to learnDesirable (but not essential)Previous experience in a recruitment administrator or resourcer roleExposure to working with an ATS or candidate databaseExperience supporting recruitment activity in a fast-paced environmentAwareness of recruitment compliance and GDPR best practiceFull training will be provided, making this role suitable for candidates looking to start or develop a career in recruitment.
