\nTHE ROLE:
\nIn this role, you will manage a varied private client caseload including wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, probate and estate administration and Court of Protection applications. Key duties include advising clients, drafting legal documents, liaising with bodies such as the Land Registry, HMCTS and HMRC, preparing estate accounts and ensuring accurate and efficient case management.
