You will have a minimum of 2-3 years of family law experience and ideally be trained as a mediator (or collaborative lawyer), or have a genuine interest in undertaking this training in the future.
You will be highly organised, efficient, able to manage client expectations, handle a busy case load and to work to strict deadlines.
Above all you will be enthusiastic, caring and ambitious both for yourself and for your clients, whilst also valuing honesty and integrity and understanding the importance of making real connections with those you work with and for.
