What you'll be doing
As our Junior People Partner, you will be the first point of contact for line managers, providing expert guidance and day-to-day support across a range of employee matters including performance management, sickness absence, disciplinary and grievance issues, maternity/paternity leave, and exit interviews.
You'll play a key role in implementing HR initiatives aligned with our business strategy, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies while escalating complex cases appropriately. You'll support onboarding, promotions, and offboarding processes to create positive employee experiences, maintain accurate people data, and produce insightful reports to inform decision-making.
Working closely with managers, you'll drive effective performance and development reviews, contribute to change management projects, and help attract top talent including casual contract and raceday staff through a professional and timely recruitment process. Additionally, you'll ensure our policies and procedures remain compliant with UK employment law and act as the primary HR contact for your allocated business unit.
