About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition Administrator to join a friendly and dynamic People team at a leading law firm in the City. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Head of Talent Acquisition, including interview scheduling, room bookings, and liaising with agencies or candidates.
* Respond to unsuccessful direct applicants promptly and professionally.
* Create and update job descriptions and manage job advertising.
* Draft offer letters and send onboarding documentation to new joiners.
* Coordinate onboarding processes and support firmwide inductions.
* Support the Early Careers Advisor with solicitor apprenticeship and graduate recruitment administration, including diary management and internal communications.
* Manage the recruitment inbox.
* Provide wider support to the Talent Acquisition and People Operations team on ad‑hoc tasks and projects.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Previous administrative experience in HR or recruitment is ideal.
* Strong administration experience within professional services.
* A collaborative approach and ability to build strong relationships across the business.
* A professional, positive, and proactive attitude.
* Good stakeholder management experience.
* Flexibility to work in the office up to 5 days per week during peak periods.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
