1. Developing composite processing techniques and assembly strategies for specialist aerospace parts.
2. Improving manufacturing processes in line with a Zero Defects philosophy.
3. Creating clear work instructions for end-to-end manufacture (laminating through to assembly and paint).
4. Supporting new product introduction (NPI) and existing programmes, including direct customer interaction.
5. Using data-driven problem-solving approaches to drive quality and efficiency.
