Accounts Assistant
The Accounts Assistant role in the property industry requires a detail‑oriented individual to support the Accounting & Finance department. This temporary position in Wilmslow offers the opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of a professional organisation.
Client Details: The organisation is a successful and well established Property company in Wilmslow who are currently going through an exciting period of growth. They have recently moved to brand new luxury offices and offer an excellent work environment.
Job Description
* Assist with daily financial transactions, including processing Accounts Payable invoices and payments.
* Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.
* Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
* Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
* Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department.
* Assist with month‑end and year‑end financial processes.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
* Respond to financial queries and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in end‑to‑end Purchase Ledger and Accounts Payable.
* Ideally have Xero experience.
* Ability to commute to Wilmslow office.
* Willingness to consider a temporary role initially.
